Supporting Agricultural Projects
CF Industries has a history of making contributions and offering programs that support education in local schools. From funding field trips and conducting tours to adopting schools and donating used computers, CF Industries’ distribution facilities and plants help local students learn.
The company also supports education by promoting student interest in science and raising awareness of careers in the chemical industry. Employees participate in career night events at local schools and also share their knowledge and experience with students during science classes.
The most far-reaching component in CF Industries’ support for local education is the Classroom Minigrants Program. Each year, the company donates thousands of dollars in minigrants to fund innovative teacher-developed projects related to agriculture or the environment.
