CF Industries, Inc. is accepting resumes for the position of EHS Auditor in its Corporate EHS & Engineering office near Bartow, Florida.
The EHS Auditor reports to the Manager, Corporate EHS Audit Group. The EHS Auditor has the following responsibilities:
- Conduct technical and regulatory research on EHS and security issues and incorporate this information into EHS protocols and written audit reports.
- Participate in on-site audits and other EHS activities at CF facilities in the United States and Canada.
- Assist in writing reports for audits and follow-up inspections.
- Participate as technical advisor regarding EHS issues associated with various CF committees and councils.
- Conduct EHS training at CF facilities.
Requirements include a BS Degree in an EHS-related technical field (Chemical or Mechanical Engineering discipline is preferred) with 1 to 5 years experience in the field(s) of Environmental, Health, and/or Safety. Excellent technical writing skills, computer skills, and verbal communication skills are required. A working knowledge of U.S. Government regulations (OSHA, EPA, etc.) is preferred. EHS-related auditing experience is a plus. Extensive travel is required from time to time.
