<p>We publish annually a comprehensive report of our activities from the previous year.&nbsp;Our Annual Reports typically include commentary and&nbsp;importance to our stakeholders as well as the 10-K Report we file with the Securities and Exchange Commission.</p>

<p>These reports are a&nbsp;detailed overview of how CF Industries integrates ESG and sustainability into our business model, operations, and interactions with stakeholders. This report contains comprehensive ESG progress updates, disclosures, and performance metrics. It is intended for stakeholders who wish to understand our ESG priorities and performance, including customers, investors, and finance professionals.&nbsp;&nbsp;</p>

<p>CF Industries' Modern Slavery Report, under Canada’s Fighting Against Forced Labour and Child Labour in&nbsp;Supply Chains Act (S.C. 2023, c. 9), is made for CF Industries, Inc. and its subsidiaries Terra&nbsp;International (Canada) Inc., Canadian Fertilizers Limited and CF Industries Sales, LLC (together, the&nbsp;“Reporting Entities”) for the financial year ending December 31, 2024 (the “Reporting Period”). The Company recognizes that stamping out modern slavery and modern slavery risks is a process that will take&nbsp;time. This Report outlines the measures we have in place and the actions CF Industries has taken to assess and address risks of modern slavery, including forced labor and child labor, in the Company's business and&nbsp;supply chain</p>

<p>We believe in supporting great causes with both our time and money. But we also believe it's important for you to know what those causes are. That's why we publish a semi-annual report itemizing our charitable contributions that exceed $20,000 in that time period. We provide additional educational and local support that does not meet this threshold.&nbsp;</p>

<p>We are active participants in the political process, developing and maintaining strong working relationships with government decision makers and informing policy and decision makers of our views on issues. Our political contributions reports are designed to provide insight on corporate expenditures related to our advocacy efforts. The reports include details on political contributions the company makes, if any, as well as the portion of our annual dues to trade associations and other similar non-profit organizations that are used for advocacy or other political activities.</p>
